Thy will be done - A body have you prepared for me
Please read Psalm 40 and Hebrews 10:1-10
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
–Matthew 6:9-10Our Father,
When Your Son Jesus Christ came into the world He prayed to You:
Sacrifices and offerings you have not desired,
but a body have you prepared for me;
in burnt offerings and sin offerings
you have taken no pleasure.You have birthed us into Your Kingdom as Your sons and daughters
As You sent Your Son into the world You now send us into the worldNot to offer up our bodies to atone for our sin
For Your Son offered up His body as atonement once for all for our sinYou have birthed us into Your Kingdom as sons and daughters
As You sent Your Son into the world You now send us into the worldTo offer up our bodies as a living sacrifice
Because Your Son offered up His Body as an atonement once for all for our sinWhen You sent Your Son Jesus Christ into the world He prayed to You:
Behold, I have come to do Your will.
I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.When You send each of us into the world might each of us pray to You:
"Behold, I am sent to do Your will.
I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart."
For You have put Your laws within our hearts.Our Lord finished the work You gave Him and brought You glory.
I have told the glad news of deliverance
in the great congregation;
behold, I have not restrained my lips,
as you know, O Lord.I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart;
I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation;
I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness
from the great congregation.Might we finish the work You give us and bring You glory.
We offer our lips to You to tell the glad news of deliverance.
Sanctify our lips that we might not restrain them.
Open our lips so we might tell Your glad news of deliverance.We offer our hearts to You where Christ's cleansing blood has been applied.
We offer our hearts to You where Christ's Spirit has come to dwell.
Sanctify our hearts that we might not hide Your deliverance there.We offer our mouths and tongues and vocal cords to You.
We offer our mouths and tongues and vocal cords to You to speak of Your faithfulness and salvation.
Sanctify them all that we might speak of Your faithfulness and salvation.Because Jesus Christ came to do Your will, because Jesus Christ desired to do Your will
You have revealed Your steadfast love to us through Jesus Christ,
You have poured out Your steadfast love on us through Jesus Christ.God forbid that we conceal Your steadfast love!
You have revealed Your steadfast love to us through Jesus Christ.
You have poured out Your steadfast love on us through Jesus Christ.Because Jesus came to do Your will, because Jesus desired to do Your will
You have revealed Your faithfulness to us through Jesus Christ,
You have poured out Your faithfulness on us through Jesus Christ.God forbid that we conceal Your faithfulness!
You have revealed Your faithfulness to us through Jesus Christ,
You have poured out Your faithfulness on us through Jesus Christ.Ask God to work in you now to will and to do of His good pleasure,
to present your body to Him as a living sacrifice,
to speak of His faithfulness and salvation.May He work in us the obedience of the Lord Jesus Christ who prayed:
Behold, I have come to do Your will. I desire to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart.As God leads you prayerfully come to Him now in the tent of meeting.

Holy Father, You have called me out of darkness into Your marvelous light so I might proclaim Your praises. I was not of Your people but now I am. You did not show me mercy but now Your have. Why should I conceal Your mercy? Why should I conceal Your marvelous light? I confess I am fearful. I confess I am hesitant. Forgive me. Strengthen me. Embolden me. May Your Word abide in me and I in Your Word so I might not be afraid but be bold and courageous. May Your Word abide in me and I in Your Word so I might bear witness of You wherever You send me. May Your Word abide in me and I in Your Word so I might go and bear much fruit, fruit that will last.
Father, show me the way in which You would have me to walk. There are many roads in front of me. Show me Your way. Let me not be deceived. Let me not hesitate or be fearful to walk in the way You have called me. There seems to be an effectual door opening. But is it from you? Lead me not into temptation. I only want to do Your will and not mine.
Father, Son and Spirit, by Your work in me may this be my testimony:
I have told the glad news of deliverance
in the great congregation;
behold, I have not restrained my lips,
as you know, O Lord.
I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart;
I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation;
I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness
from the great congregation.
Open my mouth and fill it with words of Your glad news of deliverance. May I not restrain my lips but tell of Your glad news of deliverance where You send me.
Open my mouth and fill it with words of Your glad news of deliverance. May I not restrain my lips but speak of Your faithfulness and Your salvation. May I not conceal Your steadfast love and Your faithfulness. O, Father, there is a world out there who need to hear. How will they hear unless Your people speak? How will they hear unless I speak?
May Your love so fill me that it bubbles up and overflows and springs out to rivers of living water so the world might come and drink of You. So many are dry and thirsty and need to drink of Your salvation. They've not tasted You are good.
May Your light so fill me that it shines forth to a dark world so the world might see You in me and many might be brought from darkness to Your marvelous light. So many are blinded and in darkness. They've not seen You are good.
Redeemer God, I owe You my life, my all. You have bought me with the precious blood of Jesus. You have prepared this body for me to be Yours alone. Let me render myself to You wholly as He did. May Your will be done in me this day and every day. For the honor of Your name and for Your glory.
Amen.
