See our affliction and hear our cries and come down to deliver us (Exodus 3:7-9)
Psalm 102:1 Hear my prayer, O LORD;
let my cry come to you!
2 Do not hide your face from me
in the day of my distress!
Incline your ear to me;
answer me speedily in the day when I call!
Exodus 3:7 Then the LORD said, “I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know their sufferings, 8 and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. 9 And now, behold, the cry of the people of Israel has come to me, and I have also seen the oppression with which the Egyptians oppress them."Holy Father, we are Your people. Look down from Your throne in heaven at our affliction. Surely You have seen it, You have seen us. And surely You have not just seen it, but You have felt it. Hear our cries. Surely You have heard us. Your Spirit cries out from within us. Your Son cries out for us beside Your throne. As Your people are suffering, do You not also suffer? We confess we have gone back to Egypt in so many ways. We have discarded Your glorious Gospel for works. We have bowed to idols in our hearts rather than worshiping You with all our hearts. We have too easily discarded the joy of our salvation for cheap thrills in the world. We have forgotten You.
May the heavens be opened! Come down to deliver us. Send Your light and Your fire. See our affliction. Hear our cries coming up to You. We confess that we are undeserving and unworthy. We have sinned grievously against You. Have mercy upon us for Your Name's sake. Have pity on us. Heavenly Father, come and fondle us, we are Your children, born of Your Spirit, washed in Your Son's precious blood. Remember Your covenant made with us before the foundation of the world in Jesus Christ. His blood is our only plea. Look upon us with favor and hear our cries and groans. Bring us up and out of mediocrity, bring us out from under the hand of the world. Jesus Christ game so we might be truly free. Unloose our chains and open the prison doors, put a new heart into us and take away our heart of stone, so we might run to You, pant for You, follow hard after You, to make You our all in all, to be bound and constrained not by our own desires or swayed by the world's desires or deceived by the devil's desires, but united in heart and mind with You and Your desire. Incline our hearts to fear Your Name. May we no longer live for ourselves but for You who bought us. May Your love constrain and compel us to serve and worship You and You only for You alone are worthy of all praise, honor, glory and blessing. Be merciful to us, shine Your face upon us, shower Your love and glory upon us and lead us into Your land flowing with milk and honey that we might be a praise in the earth and our praises to You might ring throughout the nations that they might come to You and be saved.
Regard our prayers. We are destitute. You have promised You would not despise the prayers of the destitute. We confess that we have no one else or no where else to turn. We have no power to build ourselves. We have no power to free ourselves. We have no power to quicken ourselves. You alone are our life and our strength. Breathe on us, Breath of God. Build us up, Creator and sustainer of all things, Rock of our salvation. Arise from Your throne and have pity on us. Condescend to us. Be merciful and gracious to us and stoop to us to lift us up. Come down to deliver us from ourselves. Come down in glory and build us up. Come again in glory so that we along with future generations and our brothers and sisters from all the nations may come together to praise and worship You and declare Your holy and mighty and name, O LORD, to the ends of the earth forever and ever and ever!
Psalm 102:12 But you, O LORD, are enthroned forever;
you are remembered throughout all generations.
13 You will arise and have pity on Zion;
it is the time to favor her;
the appointed time has come.
14 For your servants hold her stones dear
and have pity on her dust.
15 Nations will fear the name of the LORD,
and all the kings of the earth will fear your glory.
16 For the LORD builds up Zion;
he appears in his glory;
17 he regards the prayer of the destitute
and does not despise their prayer.
18 Let this be recorded for a generation to come,
so that a people yet to be created may praise the LORD:
19 that he looked down from his holy height;
from heaven the LORD looked at the earth,
20 to hear the groans of the prisoners,
to set free those who were doomed to die,
21 that they may declare in Zion the name of the LORD,
and in Jerusalem his praise,
22 when peoples gather together,
and kingdoms, to worship the LORD.*Please add your PRAYERS as His Spirit leads you.*

Our Father, I add my prayer to this of my sister. You know how I have lamented today that it seems to be laziness on my part that I have not gone out or written anything. Once again I thank You that people are led to ask me for prayer for them. I feel unworthy, yet You show me that You are patient and longsuffering toward us (me). Grant me the strength and please fill me anew with Your Holy Spirit that I may speak with conviction and joy your glorious gospel. Amen
